My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable. The rooms, although a bit dated, were very clean and spacious. The friendly and helpful service made a positive impression; however, there were some minor hiccups with special requests. The location was excellent, centrally located between popular attractions. The dining experience was good but lacked some variety in options. Overall, a decent value for the price paid.

The standard Embassy Suites type room was clean, spacious, and had a desk and an extra sink area. It could use a facelift, but overall, quite comfortable.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is superb, and I would happily return again and again. The premium room was well-equipped with complimentary snacks and drinks, although it lacked extra bedding. The hotel's positioning was ideal, near captivating running trails and perfect for enjoying 'Bat Season' in Austin's charming SOCO area.
Rooms
8.0
The premium room was well-equipped with candy, chips, and drinks. However, an additional blanket and bedding for the pull-out sofa would have been appreciated.
Service

The service was fantastic overall, although on the busier side when I called. The staff was non-responsive when discussing a room change, but they were incredibly helpful during my stay, making me feel welcomed and valued.

The hotel definitely needs refreshing, very tired, but it was nice, especially for my husband who was hanging out while I was conferencing. The WiFi in the rooms works okay, but the cleanliness and restroom locks could be improved.

The service was friendly and cordial, but not very helpful. There was a knock on our door, which was a bit intrusive.

The location is excellent, allowing easy walking to many destinations. It's a perfect spot during 'Bat Season' near charming SOCO.
Dining
